Bill Farmer

Vice President of Engineering

Bill sets the direction, best practices, and overall strategies for technical operations. His depth of technical experience makes Bill a firm believer in using the right technology to address project needs. He provides expertise in a mix of technologies and delivers complex, high-value software products for government and commercial clients. Bill has enjoyed volunteering his time as the VP of Scientific Education of AFCEA CMD as well as coaching his kids in travel soccer. In 2020, Bill accepted an adjunct faculty position at the University of Maryland’s iSchool.

Rachel Greenier

Corporate Administrator

With adaptability, Rachel handles our human resource matters, healthcare benefits, security requirements, accounting, purchasing, company outings, and the much-anticipated annual holiday party. As TJ’s closest advisor in this small business adventure, in countless ways, she has served as a guiding light through periods of growth and change. Thanks to her often behind-the-scenes support and guidance, our technical work stays in focus. Rachel is a school volunteer. She also enjoys skiing and has been a children’s ski coach for more than 20 years.

TJ Greenier

Founder & President

An accomplished software engineer and professional problem solver, TJ founded Clarity in 2006. Dynamic and dedicated, TJ has honed a strong sense of the marketplace and enjoys leading software development teams. He directs our business plans and encourages collaboration with employees. In addition to running a growing small business, TJ leads critical client projects, pushing to modernize them — improving their efficiency and reliability. TJ is active in the tech community. He supports AFCEA and the Fort Meade Alliance and is on the AFCEA STEM Kickstarter selection committee. When he’s not at work, TJ enjoys coaching the WPRC Ski Team where he serves as club President. He looks forward to anything that gets him outdoors, whether it’s boating and fishing with his family, or tackling rugged terrain on his mountain bike.

Bethany Lorenz

Operations Manager

Bethany works closely with the Leadership Team to ensure that day-to-day activities run smoothly. Bethany leads company outreach and tech community involvement; collaborates with customers, employees, and candidates to assess industry needs and company opportunities; and helps handle human relations, contractual relationships, recruiting, event planning, and marketing. Her impact on our success is felt every day as we navigate opportunities and challenges. Bethany is an avid cruiser and self-proclaimed wine connoisseur. She, unfortunately (her word), is an NY Giants fan and looks forward to a new franchise QB somewhere within this decade.

Ken Seiss

Vice President of Operations

Ken oversees operations activities to ensure that we provide high-quality services and that we meet our goals. When he joined TJ in 2011, Ken was the second engineer to work at Clarity. For more than 20 years, he has contributed full-stack technical skills to software development projects. His experience on technical teams and in-depth knowledge of the needs of our customers inform our strategies and plans. With our mission and vision in mind, Ken collaborates with TJ and our leadership team to move us forward. In his time away from the office, Ken enjoys working out, exploring the local food scene, and designing memorable vacations for his family.
